The Girls Choir is going to Boston!

The Amarillo Girls Choir will travel to the Northeast in the Spring of 2020 to represent Texas in a special celebration. Plymouth will be celebrating the 400th Anniversary of the MayFlower Voyage and the founding of Plymouth Colony. The year-long celebration will include several events honoring this historic Anniversary.

Plymouth 400’s website says, “With participation anticipated in the millions, celebrated national and global leaders, artists, entertainers, veterans, descendants, indigenous Nations, and students from around the world will join in the commemoration events and moments of remembrance. “

Amarillo Girls Concert Choir is excited to be among those honored guest artists/students to participate! In addition to touring and performing in Plymouth, AGCC will spend several days traversing in the footsteps of our country’s forefathers in Boston and Cambridge, as well as learning stories from the ghosts of Salem.

Tour dates: March 16-20, 2020
Tour expense: $2350 per person
